Russia and China are preparing a new plan of large-scale partnership, planning to approve it in May when Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit Moscow for celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of victory in WWII, Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli said on Tuesday, Tass reported. “We are confident that by then we can expect from our leadership a new plan for further large-scale cooperation between our countries,” to maintain relations at a high level, the vice premier said within the framework of a meeting of co-chairmen of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission for energy cooperation.
